As a small establishment we find it necessary to exercise a strict cancellation policy.
A credit card number and FULL payment of accommodation is required for online bookings in order to confirm your reservation.
No Smoking Policy
All guests and patrons should note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor area at The Rocks Albany, including guest rooms and suites. Should a guest disregard the No Smoking Policy a fee of $400.00 will be imposed to meet the cost of cleaning and sanitation to restore the accommodation to its original condition. We ask that guests who smoke refer to the Management for information on places where smoking is permitted.
Management Reserves the Right of Admission
The Rocks Albany caters to the majority of its guests, who wish to enjoy their stay without disturbance. Therefore, only registered guests may use the facilities. Permission must be sort from Management to use the living areas for entertainment of small groups

| Cancellation Policy: |

Cancellations, amendments or changes to your reservation is permitted within 8 days of your arrival date but may incur a 5% administration fee.

Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the equivalent of one nights’ accommodation.

Cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival forfeit the full reservation amount. Refunds may be provided where we are able to rebook the vacant days less one night's tariff which will be held as a cancellation fee.

Upon quoting credit card details you are agreeing to our booking conditions.

The Rocks Albany welcomes the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard without fees, and American Express attracts a 3.5% transaction fee.

Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not attract transaction fees.
