Enjoy an indulgent evening for your senses at Albany's heritage-listed The Rocks as mezzo-soprano, Ruby Philogene, delivers an enchanting concert. From her accomplished career in opera across UK and Europe and working with the finest conductors, orchestras and accompanists, Ruby was made a Member of the British Empire (MBE) for her services to music.

Leading you on an operatic journey through London, San Francisco, Rome and Berlin, Ruby's performance will include excerpts from her signature role in Bizet's Carmen, as well as a fine selection of Italian, French and popular American songs, including Native American Spirituals.

All packages include:

• two nights of accommodation (Sat and Sun)
• full cooked gourmet breakfast for two each morning
