This fabulous photograph was taken by Steve Pontin of Albany last week.  Steve was perched on a cliff top look out near the Bibbulmun track on a perfect winter's afternoon when this pod of about 10 dolphins playfully surfed on our local beach!  What a great sight!

It is not uncommon to see dolphins, whales (in season) and seals playing in the surf around our beaches...just another perfect reason for you to spend another day in amazingalbany!
